“My Thoughts” - One Down, Three to Go!

One down, three to go! The eight NJSIAA Playoff berths are slowly coming into focus with each and every weekend of HS football that passes.

The Woodbridge Barrons (2-3) defeated the Edison Eagles (1-3) this past Friday by a score of 20-14 in OT! They gained 9 Power Points (PP) from the win, possess 19 PP’s in total, and are now seated in 8^th place behind the Elizabeth Minutemen!

Up next are the JP Stevens Hawks (2-2), away on Friday, October 12^th at 7pm. A victory against the Hawks will push the Barrons PP total to a minimum of 29, but more importantly, the win will keep Woodbridge in the top eight and another step closer to the playoffs in the NJ2-G4.

The message is clear! Win and advance, or lose and stay home! 5-3 remains the goal, “Run the Table” the mantra to chant!

Don’t loose your focus! Let’s get it gone! Play, Defend, Score!
